I went there for the first time and was surprised by the rudeness of the staff and the pricing, which they bumped up by 10 AFTER my service. When I arrived, one staff member was having her hair washed by another and they continued chatting and giggling - and ignoring me - for a few minutes. I wasn't asked what kind of cut I wanted - in fact, the hairdresser really didn't bother to speak to me until I interrupted her when she started moving toward my hair with the scissors. A very odd and unprofessional salon.

I rarely have time to get my nails done, but when I do I visit this salon. Every time I visit I feel pampered thanks to the brilliant staff here who always make time to see me even though I can't always book an appointment and just walk in.

I went in for a cut, colour and Ombre and came out in tears. The cut was beautiful, really wonderfully done but the colour is atrocious! I chose my hair colour and instead of brown I got purple. Instead of Ombre I got highlights at the tips of my hair, on top of my remaining brown. I complained and said I wasnt happy with it and didnt mind paying for the cut blow dry and ombre but not the colour and then my hairdresser admitted to me that she had used too much hair dye on me and it wasn't fair on her. I complained and got told I was threatening them. I left in tears. Awful service!

Everyone on the staff is very professional. I usually have my haircut here with Tina even though I no longer live in Camden, it’s definitely worth the 1 hour journey.

Took my daughter to this salon for her first hair cut at a salon and the staff were super friendly, and she was really happy with her new hair cut.

This is a salon which is a mixture of quality service and value. They use great quality hair products such as KMS, and the staff are truly amazing!

The service at Posh Hair and Beauty was not good. I was kept waiting for 15 minutes after the time my appointment was due to start, and when I asked how much longer it would be I was told another 10 minutes. There was no apology for the delay. As I had limited time, I had to leave, so am not in a position to comment on the service, but I would certainly not go here again.

Staff exceptionally rude!!! I thought I would try going to posh for the first time after getting my hair done at the same hairdressers for two years but it turned out a disaster and had to end up going somewhere else to get my hair fixed, which then cost me more than double the amount I paid at posh. I asked for my roots to be done and the colour the lady put in didn't end up going right to my roots and she ended up putting highlights in my hair instead of dye which looked awful. When I went to complain I was told by staff that if I'm not happy I should go somewhere else.......

really bad service, brought my daughter here for birthday treat of kerastase hair treatment, trim and nails, they pulled her hair doing the treatment for 3 and a half hours, which then looked greasy and basically the same, they then ''Trimmed'' her hair by getting her to stand up and cut a straight line along the back !! we had enough by the time it got to her nails, I told them was really not happy with the service it was really bad but they didn't care they still wanted payment in full absolutely disgusting would never recommend and will never go back !!

I found this salon online one day and decided to give it a go as I live only 5 mins away. They offer a surprisingly wide range of treatments, the staff are really friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend them!

Omg I am soooo happy that I finally found a place where I can get quality hair and beauty treatments, this saves me so much time as I don't have to travel between salons. Tina is really good with nails and eyebrow threading, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows.

I have visited many salons all over London and Posh is my FAVOURITE so far :) Sheba(the manager) is a true perfectionist; she always takes her time and provides fantastic results.

This was the worst hairdressing experience I have ever had. The colour was supposed to be blonde and ended up with red streaks and a dodgy cut. I paid a lot to have this corrected. I think it is important to consider that you get what you pay for.

Excellent services, reasonable prices, especially beauty treatments are good such as eyebrow threading, tints etc.
