I had an appointment booked for haircut but when I showed up on time someone else was getting their haircut and so I was made to wait quite a while. Another appointment I was also made to wait while the therapist was eating. I went in another time to make an appointment but the owner was on the phone and very rudely told me she can't see to me because she's on the phone, and so I had to leave. What kind of business is this!!!

I came instore on a sunday and was given a small test sample for eyebrow tinting. I was told it was fine to go and come back as they closed at 6pm (which is what it states instore and online) after I return at 4.30pm I am told the lady who was meant to see me had left early! I could not return again as I was due to fly out and I thought it was extremely rude and very bad costumer service! I am very annoyed as now i have no choice but to wait until I am away to sort this.

I have been coming here for a year and saw the nail technician when I came in for threading.I decided to have shellac done. She filed my nail abrasively but I thought it wouldn't damage my nails so much as shellac was going to be applied. Another brand was used. It looked fine. 1 day later a nail broke, I filed it, it chipped further with polish coming off. She wanted to charge me to take it off but then agreed. And wanted money for nail polish. What a joke. £20 for shellac for 5 days when it should last 2 weeks. She shouted and was rude. I left with my nails unfinished and will do it myself.

Booked in for a Hollywood wax, not only did tshe not use hot wax and used linen strips on my bikini linew, she also missed half of the hair and treble waxed over areas- s big no no. Never booking there again.

Completely unprofessional, didn't have the correct equipment for services offered and charged for. Uncomfortable atmosphere, disappointing experience, such a shame.

Very impressed,I would definetly recommend it, lovely staff, I will come back again.

I had my doubts about this place because of negative reviews from word of mouth when it initially opened and how it used to look.
But the employees are lovely...still a bit iffy about the owner

Just Brilliant!! From start to finish my experience was one of the best I have ever had! I honestly can’t understand any of the negative reviews at all! I got microdermabrasion, eyebrow and manicure done and I have to say it was very relaxing. I agree Ayesha is bubbly and the other young ladies are very welcoming..I will keep visiting them :)

highly recomemded go to aysha you will not be disappointed been there enjoyed their professional tretments and aysha's bubbly character,she got awards for 2006,2007,2008,2009,2010,2011, and going for 2012 all these awards speacks for it self

I popped in here the night before my christmas party this week. I wanted to have an eyebrow TIDY. I was seen by Ayesha, the owner, and I told her I wanted to only tidy my eyebrows, keep the shape, NOT make smaller, just get rid of the stray hairs. She took me through to one of the treatment rooms and I was asked to lie on the bed. The towels (not paper towels as most places have) looked like they'd been on there for weeks. They were dirty and I wondered how many other people had lay on there before me. Anyway, I got on with it, though I didn't feel comfortable. After she'd done my eyebrows I checked in the mirror and to my horror, she hadn't just tidied them. She took it upon herself to re-shape them, to the point that the left eyebrow had virtually disappeared! I was upset and angry and when I asked her why she did it she said she wanted to add shape. I told her that I liked the shape and I only asked for her to tidy. She offered to make "the other one the same"! Needless to say I turned that down. She didn't ask me to pay which was lucky as I wouldnt have. I went to my christms party last night and had to wear a fringe to hide the bodge job on my left eyebrow. I only hope it grows back soon. Not impressed with Ayesha's at all and next time I will go out of my way to Green Street where I've never had a problem.
Ayesha's wasn't clean and she didn't listen to what I asked.

I got my eyebrows threaded here for £2.50 - great result at a bargain price.
