After reading previous comments I was worried about my upcoming appointment but I can certainly say the services I had, a manicure and a blow dry, certainly put an end to all worries! The staff were very friendly, manicure as good as any I've had & blowdry superb. I will certainly be making several return visits in the near future.

Have been going here for my hair once a week for the last 6 months...awesome.
Last week I tried their wax/tinting service for the first time and it is EXCELLENT. Best eyelash tint I have had in a very long time.

The negative reviews about the nail technician must be from when the salon had old staff, because when I went today for my mani and pedi, I had a lovely experience, she painted my nails really well and was nice to talk to, not like in most of the cheap nail bars. The manager/receptionist was also really accommodating. It seemed to me they would go out of their way to put people's needs first. Maybe in the past it hasn't been so nice, but everybody makes mistakes, hires wrong staff etc. they obviously kept persevering and changed for the better. Highly recommended x

With the Xmas and New Year rush over, I thought it would be a good time to get my annual haircut.

I went into the salon with Ozzy Osbourne locks and hey presto twenty minutes later emerged looking like an angelic choirboy.

Absolutely amazed how soft and shiny my hair looked and best of all made me look 20 years younger.

I went to meral to do my keratin hair treatment,I bought this deal on groupon however I have been charged double prize because my hair was 2cm below my shoulders!! I had to pay another £30. In gropon terms and condition said that extra charges ONLY apply to waist length hair, twice longer than mine!

This is a salon that offers a relaxing friendly enviroment where staff are efficient and professional creating a welcoming atmsophere even at the busiest of times. They are situated in a prime spot on Westbourne Grove, slightly hidden away but on stumbling across the place I have yet to be disappointed by service or quality of work. It is clear that they have a loyal customer base as the same faces are often seen but this is surely a true reflection of their good reputation.The staff are willing to accommodate any request or booking even if it means staying open past their normal trading hours.I ahve a different experience every time I go there and is good to find a salon where people know your name and always offer a good level of service.
