Es Vida

Absolute rubbish, the most inept staff I have encountered recently. 2 sessions into laser hair removal (both having been cancelled, worker not shown up, or rearranged), my third is cancelled again because the machine is allegedly broken. When I go in to rearrange 3 days later (bearing in mind I have advised them I am leaving the country permanently in September so need to have it completed), I am told the only person who can do it is going away on holiday 'for months' in 2 days time. Add to that the shop will be closed for a month for refurbishments. None of this was explained when I signed up, and I am not 2 sessions into a failed series of laser hair removal. Avoid this place and pay a little more to go to somewhere where the staff are able to function.

the salon was nice clean and welcoming however some members of staff were quite rude when my hair treatment went wrong and made me feel like I had no reason to be upset when my hair had been made to be a patchy colour and my roots had not been dyed properly so as a suggestion I would say take a management course and for the hairdresser instead of rushing each client take your time to ensure no mistakes happen again

I have been coming to Es Vida for the last three years. In 2011, I got married at the Grove and Rosina and Rosario did my hair, make up etc, they made my big day a very special one. Rosario and her fabulous and friendly team have always been flexible towards booking my appointments to suit and accommodate my busy life. Rosario and Elysia have even looked after my twenty months old daughter to allow me to do my treatments etc, Jill, is so lovely and she is a very good beauty therapist. Michaela does the best Brazilian wax! I am Brazilian and I had a few before. Peter is very good with my hair

Ok, so i have been coming to Es Vida since before it was even Es Vida! i have been coming to see Rosario and her fabulous team for many years now - waxing, IPL and CACI, shellac.I have always been given the best advice and well looked after. i have really sensetive skin and sometimes it flairs up- Rosario has always made time to see me and given little samples of Dermalogica to use to help calm my skin down. The samples are such a lovely gesture. I really cant praise Es Vida enough! A special mention to Jill -always smiling and super lovely facials! and Elysia for the best shellac ever!!

I live in Muswell Hill, and have being using Es Vida for three years for hair cuts and the occasional treatment - facial, waxing etc. I really like it; great location, clean salon, friendly staff, well priced.... Well done!
