Booked an appointment, told to sit, waited 20 minutes. Another lady came & sat right next to me, was taken straight away. Said I've got an appointment & had been there first, their attitude well someone is coming & whatever. Had ants running all over the floor, bad attitude, no social distancing, face masks not worn properly...very unprofessional.
