Salon Tiara

I had my hair straight treatment done and it costed me fortune. I was willing to pay for good results but it didn’t last for couple of weeks (which supposed to be for at least a year (until my hair outgrown).
Very disappointed and felt like cheated.

I used to be a regular here but I recently had an issue where they didn't inform me of a price increase from the current price list before my mother's treatment. When I went back in, to ask them to tell us beforehand next time, I was met with very unprofessional and rude behaviour. The lady I spoke to ended up accusing me of only wanting my money back and walked away from me. I did take my money back in the end, but I was disappointed by their handling of the situation. As I told her, it wasn't about money, but customer service....it is now clear that this is something they don't value.

I've been using this salon for over a year for facial threading and I think it is brilliant and best prices in the area. However, I've had to wait 20-30 mins at times to get the threading done if I book it with a specifc beautician beacuse she always over ran so now I just go with anyone. I have also had one haircut done which was simple so can't really comment on this service except that nothing went wrong! The staff are friendly and professional and they also offer 10% student discount which was the main draw for me initially!
