I used to be a regular here but I recently had an issue where they didn't inform me of a price increase from the current price list before my mother's treatment. When I went back in, to ask them to tell us beforehand next time, I was met with very unprofessional and rude behaviour. The lady I spoke to ended up accusing me of only wanting my money back and walked away from me. I did take my money back in the end, but I was disappointed by their handling of the situation. As I told her, it wasn't about money, but customer service....it is now clear that this is something they don't value.
