Can't do their job properly. Eye brow threading painful and wax too hot

Wow - I think this place must have changed hands. Have been going for years and have always been so happy. Today I walked in - there was a shop full of people all waiting and no staff to be seen. I waited at the front desk for a couple of minutes then became aware that there was another desk at the back of the salon. So I went and stood there. There was a girl sitting down eating some takeaway chicken really loudly and she didn't look up or acknowledge me or anyone else in the shop. Eventually another lady who had been there even longer than me asked this girl how long it would be before she

Just had my eyebrows done which was completely underwhelming. The lady who did my brows didn't ask me any questions about what I wanted and did an awful job, had to ask her to tidy it up but that didn't make any difference, if you want your eyebrows done nicely I would avoid this place, the £3 you pay for eyebrows really isn't worth it

Love this place, very friendly and cheap. After a few times they always remember you and what way you like them. I've moved house and still come back to earlsfield to use them. Can always rely on them and being open til 7 is a bonus!!

I regularly go to Sahana to have my eyebrows threaded (a technique that i have discovered a few years back in Tooting and now can't do without). the staff is skilled and friendly and prices are very good too (same as Tooting). I would simply recommend that Sahana try to clean a bit more around the shop/accessories as it's not always immaculate and that could put some people off as hygiene is key in Beauty services.

I really enjoy going to this hair and beauty salon. it's very reasonably priced (I'd even say quite cheap) but that does not mean it lacks in quality! the staff are really friendly and good at what they do.
I don't live locally but I travel to Sahana because it's the best place I know!
