Absolutely horrendous!
I bought a voucher and booked an appointment for highlights. Upon arrival the place was completely empty of other customers.
I was sat down and the women just said 'Colour?' and I said yes, as I was booked in for highlights. She then mixed up a tub and came back but with no foils. I then said 'You're colouring my hair with highlights right?' Then she actually yelled at me! Saying I should have said and what she mixed was now just all waste! I was gobsmacked, but I'd already paid so I stayed..looking back I should have just walked out and complained to get my mone

I don't know HOW this salon is still open!
Atrocious customer service. Sloppy, slack and awful service.
Don't bother buying a voucher - seriously however cheap it is not worth it.
They wrongly booked my appt 4 times & tried to blame me. Nobody knows what they are doing there. Awful.

I booked via a special offer on the internet. Excellent! I arrived on the wrong day but was greeted warmly, fitted in that morning. The hairdresser took great care over my highlights. They look perfect. The tone and style are exactly what I wanted. The cut is great! Highly recommended! Will return

Awful place. Worst customer service ever! They made me wait 2 hours and started dying my hair all over when i was booked in for highlights!!! I ended up leaving!! Avoid seriously!!!!!!!!

I went to this place last Autumn, the shop wasn’t even signed so a bit hard to find. They were unfriendly, lacked any kind of customer service and came across very unprofessional. I don’t think the beautician, although friendly, knew what she was doing. I was taken to a dingy little room with no mirror or chair to even put your clothes on. I had to put them on the floor!! I asked to see the manager before I left but was told "they weren't available". This was also a voucher I had bought and demanded a refund in full. I would tell all to avoid this place. I have had better treatment and service at a beauty college.

I was a bit hesitant to go to this Salon after reading the reviews but I bought a deal off KGB deals so I thought I would give it a try. My Appointment was at 6pm, I arrived 10 minutes early and my stylist greeted me, shook my hand and offered me a tea/coffee. I then sat down, she looked at my hair, felt its texture and asked me what I'd like done. I told her a full head of bleached foils and she was nothing but an EXPERT. I felt comfortable, she gave me magazines to read, adjusted the foot heater near my legs and she was very quick with the foils. The wash and the blow dry were FANTASTIC I walked out feeling like a new person- I booked again 6 weeks later with a discounted price, it was truly worth every dollar!! This place truly is a little gold mine!

Absolutely dreadful experience, this salon have completely ruined my hair.
I am devastated and they are not interested, but to be honest the damage has definately been done and they cannot make it right,

It is going to take a long time to get my hair back to a decent condition.

Avoid at all costs if you like having nice hair !!!!

I went to dynamics yesterday ,to have my Highlight and cut wash bow dry done, in fact
this saloon are the best,the staff are very intelligent and the cut was so perfect.
i was so happy to find this saloon through group on.
thank you all the staff of Dynamics ,they bring the best on my hair. hoooooxtanks so happy

To avoid for beauty treatments! The place is easy to find, though there is no sign pointing out the name or the street number. I went in for a full body massage and facial - have never seen such lack of hygene and skills combined. There was a what seems to be a clean towel on the bed in a room which was completely empty apart from a massage bed and a table full of products (not even a chair or a mirror). There was some sort of blanket to cover with and that's about it. I should have walked out straight away, but decided that the quality of the service might compensate for the rest. What a horrible mistake that was!The products used were of dubious quality and left my skin greasy and my face covered with red spots the next day. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately utterly incompetent. The definition of a massage seemed to be to put one finger after the other and at certain points press slightly - apart from my calf which they decided to vigorously rub almost causing it to cramp. When we got to the face part they tried to put some steam device on, which was spitting drops of steam now and then and they kept moving it around as it clearly didn't reach my face in any way. Would strongly advise them to make a decent investment in improving their beauty offers/devices or stop offering them at all.

I called to book my appointment and settled on a date convenient for myself at 1pm. I have long curly hair and I am well aware of how long it takes to colour.
This appointment was agreed with the receptionist, however on calling the salon on the morning of my appointment, I was told that I had been booked in for 4pm. There was no apology for what was clearly a mistake at their end and the disturbance to my day, I was told to either come at 4pm or rebook my appointment.

I arrived promptly at 4pm and was told to take a seat. 45 minutes later, I went up to a member of staff and asked if it would be much longer and I was taken to choose my hair colour. My hair has been coloured red for the last year and so I chose a shade of dark red. I was asked if I had had dyed my hair red before, to which I replied yes. I was told to take a seat and was not asked any other questions about my hair.

Once my hair was washed, the mistake was apparent. My roots were bright red and the dye had not taken on the rest of my hair at all. I was upset and asked to speak to the manager straight away, I told her that I wanted a refund as my hair was now two different colours and not the colour I had requested. The manager insinuated that I had not been honest with her as I had not told her I had bleach in my hair, yet as I mentioned before, I had not been asked any questions about my hair. Also given that I have roots that are jet black and the rest of my hair was a browny auburn shade, it was quite clear that a permanent dye had been used to colour it. The manager refused to accept blame for my hair, even though she is the only one qualified and responsible for mixing the dye and applying it. The salon is understaffed, with only the manager qualified to doing the colouring and cutting. I have posted this here in the hope others will not make the mistake of getting a colour here. I am trying to get a refund from Groupon. Dont waste your money!

I went to Dynamics to have my Highlight done , the staff was fantastic , immediately i stepped in,the approach was professional and i was so really happy with the Highlight,cut and colour . They so friendly . Thanks for group-on to let me discovered them. I cant wait to have another deal with this saloon. Thanks all the staffs . i am so hapyy

Hooo ,i'm very happy tonight,went to dynamics Hair and beauty to colour my hair. They have a senior staff to en-light you with colour chart. they advice me with , in fact i was so happy and happy. Dynamics you are the best . i recommend this saloon to every one . i'm gonna bring my friends and family . Thanks ABI

AVOID AT ALL COST!I bought a voucher for hilites and cut and ended up waiting 1 1/2 hours before walking out! They completely over booked their slots and I did not want them doing some rushed, half hearted job on me because they still had 2 more customers waiting to be seen at 7pm on a Friday night. Customer service is non existent, I am desperately trying to get my money back. Don't make the mistake I made!!

I and my three friends went for Brazilian Keratin treatment from Groupon. In fact, we were so lucky to find that salon. Its service is perfect. I can recommend it for anyone that needs its service.

Though I live in Oxford, I dont mind going there for my treatment every now and then. I wish to get more deals from this salon.

I don't even know where to start. I went in for the Brazilian Keratin treatment, and ended up walking out, and not getting my money back from the Groupon offer. This place really should close the F down!! The ruined my hair, they tripped my color off and weakened my strands with their harsh product, that they left on for way too long. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY
