I'm a bit bemused by these other reviews so decided to post my own. I had highlights about 6 months ago at a low priced Groupon offer. I was really concerned that the result would be OTT as I've spent ages growing my natural colour back in order to create a more natural look. The blonde, non english young woman who did my hair listened patiently and was really reassuring - she then highlighted my hair perfectly. The result was lovely and really natural looking and I'm FUSSY! Going back at the weekend for a second set- I'll report back on that!

Terrible. My daughter spent 6 hours here and her hair was left in a tangled mess. Her highlights were awful so they redid them by dyeing over the top and her hair was so matted I ended up helping three hairdressers try to get rid of the tangles. It wasn't finished by the time we left and they offered no apology only excuses that her hair was too long! They didn't even get on to the cut and blow dry. The worst hairdresser ever!

Terrible experience. Waited for half an hour after my appointment time for someone to even speak to me and then waited another 10 minutes before the started washing my hair. He said he would leave the conditioner on for a minute and went to speak to his friend. 10 minutes later his colleague had to remind him I was still sitting there so he came back. The hair cut was even worse! Much shorter than I had asked for and no shape or volume at all. Now have to wait for it to grow out and get it redone somewhere else!

I just say avoid it! Had a groupon which did not worth a penny. Can say the same thing: A very lazy haircut.. after 5 mins just say that it was done and I responded that it was nothing! very disappointed. Had random haircut
no shape or anything.. have to spend more to fix it.. very unprofessional.

The staff were all friendly but my 'conditioning treatment' involved putting some conditioner in my hair and washing it out again. My haircut was pretty lazy. I feel like my Groupon price was too much, let alone the original cost. All in all: dont go!

Awful!they never answer their phones,they never ever call back when requested, nor answer emails nor respond to their online booking forms. How does this salon keep running? I wasted money on a voucher for FDL and after an unbelievable 64 attempts I'm asking for a refund. Don't bother even trying
