What a shambles of a so called hair cut I've just had. The young woman had zero experience of hair cutting, appeared nervous, was very amateurish lacked any style, flair or confidence and left the cut uneven, with lots of uncut long pieces, considering it was only a bob the easiest of cuts. Stay well away. Needless to say I didn't pay, if I could post photos I would as evidence of the poor quality. She should have been honest and told me to wait for her manager but she didn't. Shocking. I honestly think shes never been trained in cutting hair before. She had no confidence even in holding the scissors. When I got home I saw how bad it was, like I'd done it myself!!! She even agreed I didn't need to pay, that says a lot. Stay away people, stay well away.

I been going jummy over a year now love how she puts time and and focus into the styles but also have a friendly approach with all customer. Very happy thats where I go and get my hair done.

My wife came in for a wash and straighten. Tried to overcharge for a wash £45.00 when it should be £25.00. Used the hot tongs and severely damaged her hair, it's been falling out in pieces since she had it done. She does not know how to use Hot tongs. My wife got her hair braided today and the lady could see how badly it's been damaged. Terrible hair dresser. I'm leaving this review because because my wife does not have a Gmail account. Would definitely not recommend.

I went into Jummys to get a full acrylic set over the weekend and they were the worst set of nails I've ever had. Took an hour to do, the lady didn't even do them properly and didn't file or trim them down. They were done extremely thin and the acrylic was wonky. Not to mention they started to break and fall off after 3 days, usually most fake nails usually last me 2-3 weeks. For what I paid (£20) I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the service I received. Complete waste of money and wished I went elsewhere. Won't be going back! And definitely don't recommend

Jummy is a lovable person, she has a good customer service and very friendly person that make sure she puts a smile on your smile before leaving her shop.
Her servioe is outstanding.
