extremely unhappy with my hair honestly so unprofessional. Not sure who the owner was but I’m quite shocked at how unprofessional the whole salon was. Really undertrained. I have a degree in business aswell as a qualification in health& safety and blow drying/ basic cut and colour. I was so shocked at how casual the service was and how little care went into the hair of the clients.

My business that I have spent over twelve years building prides itself on good customer care and health and safety , and constantly strives to be a happy professional salon .from experience usually if someone is unhappy with a service in any customer sector they would complain to management and see if the issue could be rectified , so I’m surprised to see this review , I would always take constructive criticism on board but on this occasion I feel this is unjustified.
