Awesome salon . Consistently brilliant colourists. I think this is a perfect escape from the busy streets above .
I have had Coppola straightening treatments , conditioners and cuts and have never been disappointed . Staff are friendly and very careful . Prices are reasonable . Most recently they rescued my daughter's hair after she had messed with it. Incredible result ! 11/10
Have just has my hair butchered here! Worst haircut of my life and now in floods of tears. Wonky, much, much too short terrible cut. Receptionists very rude and moody too. Terrible place. Avoid at all costs. Haircut so bad I've had to cancel my attendance at a black tie event tomorrow as can't go out. Do not go here ever. Customer before me also complained about bad cut made too short. Suggested improvements would be manners and training on how to cut hair.

We are very sorry to read of your disappointment when you visited our salon in October. We always strive to make sure we give all our customers the best possible service and hairdressing experience and if we do not we will always listen to any complaints and rectify any problems. It is very rare that we have complaints such as this and our staff are continuously kept up to date with training but please contact us if you would like to discuss this further.
