Time spent waiting is absolutely ridiculous. Also too many appointments are sometimes booked, which leaves the stylist under pressure with time and the hair rushed which does not yield the best of results. Overall, the stylists are good, but they need to work hard at changing their environment and respecting customers with appointments booked attended to as scheduled.
