It was going well until the very last minute when the hairdresser twisted my hair around a brush and dried it aggressively with a hairdryer for about 15 minutes (it was already dry). Now it’s lost all volume and moisture. She also wouldn’t stop cutting/layering my hair when I said it looked perfect. Even if you are a perfectionist please learn to recognise social cues that we want you to leave it alone. It’s now really thin and too short. It looks like a wig tbh.

I'd had a haircut done by Olympia on Friday, 25.2.22. The experience was weird and annoying to say the least. Firstly, the hairdresser didn't listen or take my requests into account. Secondly, she kept making all sort of inappropriate comments about my hair. Thirdly, she cut my hair unevenly leaving one side longer than the other which I did not notice immediately as I'm short-sighted. Overall, the hairdresser seemed a tad neurotic and erratic which evidently had affected the quality of her work. However, I was a client who paid money for the service thus expected the best - very disappointed! And now I will have to waste another afternoon to have my hair sorted again! Olympia, please bear in mind that your customers pay for your living - treat them adequately or find yourself another job! Now, for obvious reasons, I cannot recommend this hairdresser to anyone. If you care about your money and hair then choose someone else. I've been to the same salon before, however, and had my hair cut by another worker (don't remember his name, unfortunately) which was very satisfying, so my criticism isn't addressed to the businesses as a whole but to one hairdresser only - Olympia!

Went back for the first time since their renovations and much improved decor and generally better ambience!
Thankfully a service is as great as always, hard to fault with their immensely great value and skill set across the colourists. An enjoyable experience it remains!

Found this salon through a friend who herself found it on an off chance. Very glad she did and will certainly play it forward with those recommendations because this place thoroughly deserves it.
Very meticulous staff that go the extra mile to ensure what is said is abided by with no pretention or nonsense. Amazing location to boot!

Such an intriguing salon that does what it says on the box and more, I've been for everything from Brazilian blow dries to ombres. Sara in particular always manages to hit the mark just right, with compliments ensuing for days after!

Simply outstanding hairdressers, lot's competition in the area but this place comes out on top purely as a result of their immaculate customer service and incredible value.
My boyfriend recommended I go, and let's just say I don't usually take aesthetic advice from him ! He did insist and I'm so glad I went. This was almost two years ago and they're always on top form. Many thanks guys!

Received Brazilian Blowdry treatment plus trim & highlights .
Was attended to by gentleman -truly a gentleman -with a locket manner and who listened and heard my request.
He consulted with me a day prior to my BD and again checked with and confounded my requirements were being met throughout the procedure.
I have to say -I was sceptical initially as the salon is small and not luxurious ( so to say)
but the treatment I received was second to non.
I will definitely be back and would gladly recommend this gentleman to anyone who is in need a a good hair treatment , colour etc and who wants someone to deliver what they requested.
Gentlemanly name : Yiannis -it was my pleasure to have met him.

Been looking for a hairdresser that can manage my frizzy wavy hair since my usual stylist moved abroad, stumbled across this place while walking through Soho. The cut was simply the one of best I've had, I booked in again for a colour with expectations high and the stylist (Onas) did not disappoint.

Was more than impressed by the service and my cut and highlights, am used to paying three times the price and yet the outcome here was same, if not better!
Only thing was their boiler was broken so water was warm but not hot. Would definitely recommend overall!

Best in town for highlights bar none, been there a few times but seems all their colourists are wizards with a brush!
Their prices are incredible and the service includes smiles and lots of fizz so no complaints! Truly recommended.

Gusto is a disaster!! Really cheap deals but really poor service. Receptionists are completely incompetent - they rebooked my appointment four times because they kept scheduling too many clients at once. Also, the guy who did my hair was really inexperienced and made my hair wayyyy too light. Avoid at all costs! The manager was not willing to listen to my feedback at all sadly.

Really enjoy this place, placed just off Wardour Street and Regents Street it's a swift walk from my office. Been going for a while for blow drys and colour treatments and the service just keeps getting better. Only thing is to book well in advance especially on a Friday evening (my pampering day!).

Purchased a wahanda voucher for highlights and a cut. Specified the colours I wanted for the highlights (no dark lowlights). Came out with stripey highlights that where yellow at the root and also a low light. Highlights at the side are nearly grey. Now I have a spend another day trying to get it fixed. Would not recommend for highlights

Got to say this is in my opinion the best value salon in London when you take into account the location (central Piccadilly!).
Have had my highlights done there a few times now and it's been perfect and they usually offer a blow dry for free which is unheard of at other salons I've been to.
For the service, location and price you won't get much better in London.

I purchased a voucher for half a head of highlights and a cut through wowcher. I was very specific about the colour of my highlights, must not be white or stripey. When the highlights were washed out I had large white stripes throughout my hair. They gave me a toner which turned my hair orange. They offered to fix their mistake but I refused it. When I contacted Gusto they refused to give me any sort of refund despite me paying for a cut I didnt have. I would not recommend this salon.

Absolute bargain of the year. I had a wowcher for a shampoo, redken conditioning treatment and cut.
Scottish girl Fiona done my hair, she was very friendly, extremely talented and i came away with a fantastic haircut.
It was a great experience, Fiona took great trouble into getting the cut just right. She also blow dried it very well and the overall effect was amazing, which made you feel like a million dollars !
I will definately be back there again, special offer or not, as the normal everyday price is quite a good deal anyway.

I went to this lovely salon with a Wowcher voucher, and despite my expectations that I had as a voucher user, I have to say that I was treated with the utmost attention and care. Fiona did a superb haircut for me, she exactly knew the style that I wanted, without even telling. I would highly recommend for everyone to give it a go. you won`t be disappointed.

I bought a voucher deal for half a head of highlights and a cut and finish but must admit i didn't have high expectations. When I first arrived I wasn't impressed by the decor of this tiny salon but the guy at reception was very pleasant and welcoming. When I had a consultation with the stylist he understood exactly what I wanted. I had lots of red in my hair and he said the overall effect wouldn't look as I wanted it but he could put a toner on my hair to improve the outcome.
