Worst service ever. I had my brows done and face waxed in 22 sep 2016.Totally peeled my face using very hot strips even though i told many times told her that she is using hot strips. My face became really sore but she told me it happens after wax. Later I came home with first degree burns. And I have nice thick groomed brows naturally, all she did was literally threaded them all and I was left with merely a line. She took no interst in my repeatedly raised concern for not making my brow thin as she was too busy talking to a next door shopkeeper who poped in the shop while i was having my services done. Door remained open throughout and yes no privacy. For face I have to go to Gp to have steroid cream prescribed to heal burns. Also she is not all insured. Forgot to mention after ruining my face i was offered not given full refund.
