I took my sister here for a treat! I have had a few blow dries at 36 Elizabeth street, Cale Street is my first choice but they were fully booked. Admittedly we were 7 minutes late for appointment but my sister has short hair, we apologised profusely and was met by a very surly, chippy blonde girl stylist, who didn't even try to have any customer appreciation. Was actually quite rude. She then proceeded to do the worst blow dry on my sisters hair. It was a joke, we even took a picture. Had to re-do herself when we got home.
