Nainas Beauty Box

I have visited Nainas for a few years. I go in regularly for waxing and eyebrows. The prices are very competitive as compared to others specially being in an upcoming area and close to my office. I feel comfortable. The therapists are nice and chatty.

I am very impressed with the service. My eyebrows look nicely shaped and waxing was quick and easy. Definitely recommend this place.

The place is small but they do a range of treatments that are relaxing and effective. I had a facial and a massage. Microdermabrasion really worked for me. My skin looks amazing. The massage was very deep and I needed it after such a long day. Keep it up guys!!

I had a QPL treatment done at "Nainas beauty box" in Hoxton. I paid over £400 and only 20% of the hair came off. Before I paid for the QPL treatment the staff from Hoxton assured me that the hair would come off, they lied to me just to take my money. I'm Brazilian so I've a very light skin. I spoke with the manager Jo she didn't care about me, she said I should have read the terms and conditions card which I signed. I don't even remember having signed anything. She didn't give me more sessions and she told me to complain to trading standard. I'm so upset as I just lost over £400. Carl
