Covid 19 Information
At Prestige we endeavour to keep everyone safe from Covid19 by implementing additional safety measures, we ask that our customers work with us and respect our rules to keep everyone safe.
To make this successful we require all clients to: –

Wear a mask whilst you are in the salon and throughout your service. You can either bring your own or we can provide you with a disposable one.

Minimise what they bring as we need to keep our work surfaces free. If you need to bring laptops etc they will need to be kept on your lap.
Arrive on time for each appointment
Be mindful that if you have any signs of a cough or a sniffle please do not come to the salon as you will be turned away.
Inform us if you test positive for Covid19 and follow the government guidelines.
Allow no less than 48 hours prior to attending an appointment if you have travelled abroad. We require you to have a negative test result before coming to the salon.
Attend their appointment alone.
Be on time for your appointment (as this will ensure social distancing and make the day go smoothly)
Measures we have put in place to keep everyone safe

You will be happy to know that we have both completed the Barbicide Covid-19 certification which equips beauty professionals with the knowledge to perform even safer services when returning to work.

Both myself and Nathalie will be wearing the necessary PPE whilst in the salon as well as washing and sanitising our hands before and after each client.
We will be using disposable towels, gowns etc
Our workstations will be sanitised before and after each client.
As usual our work tools will be washed and sanitised between clients
Unfortunately, at this time we will not be able to offer you refreshments however you can bring in your own.
We will be offering contactless payment via payment link or bank transfer where possible.
