Cat Toc Nam Nu

This is the worst nail shop I’ve ever been too…. I have booked an appointment and on both occasions they had been cancelled minutes before after I had travelled over an hour each time…… he didn’t even tell me prior, I got to the shop and said are you gonna be ready at 3pm for my pre booked appointment and he said “no I want to go home I am tired” ???????? Tired….. after someone has drove over an hour to get to an appointment… he had no care in the world at all and that is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
