Charge children as children or if you charge them FULL, i.e. £ 39.00 treat them as full!!! We arrived on time for our appointment and were told we had to wait for about 10/15 minutes. We returned 15 minutes later and were told to wait again for about 15 minutes. After complaining, finally an other stylist took over, however, half way through the blow dry the original stylist joined in as the replacement stylist had an other appointment waiting.
All in all, a bad experience for an 11 year old girl and on top of it got charged £ 39.00!!!!
Way overpriced for the service and no clear price list

I had a haircut today, I love my hair now! The staff are welcoming as well! :)

I have been going to Busbys in Pitshanger Lane since moving to West London in 1983. I have always had good service and excellent hairdressing and care from them for all sorts of occasions - day-to-day or special evening hairdos.
I would recommend Busbys to anyone and they can make an appointment with any of the hairdressers and be sure of a great result.

I am disgusted at the way I was treated at Busby’s. I had booked an appointment for 9 as I had a lot to do and was catching a train to Bristol to meet my new Boss during the day. I wanted to make a good impression and look my best which was very important to me. When I walked into the salon the lady at the desk took my name and said take a seat and then walked out the salon. She came back 5 mins later and went to do something in the back leaving me to sit and wait. After a few more mins I expected someone to come and ask if I wanted a drink or maybe a magazine to pass the time while I wait. Nothing was offered to me. While I was waiting another lady came in and was immediately seen to. Her coat was taken (another thing not offered to me) and she was taken over to have her hair washed ready to be cut. By this point I had been waiting for 20 minutes without any kind of communication to me about when or even if I was ever going to get my hair cut. At this point I walked over to the desk to ask what was happening and the lady (a different lady) at the desk asked for my name and then told me that the person that was cutting my hair had not turned up yet! AND that this was just something that happens with him!
If I had known that I would have been sitting there for 20 mins waiting for someone who has a history of just not turning up and having people wait then I would not have made that appointment. If someone had made any kind of effort to tell me that I may be waiting for a little while then I could have made other plans. As a result of being neglected and ignored, I no longer had time to go home and style my hair so that I at least looked decent if not my best!
My new Boss was not impressed with the “lack of effort” I had made.
I won’t be going back there again.

I love their services,the moment you walk in you feel comfortable,and they're very good with hair,wish them all the best at all time.
