Laenka Hair & Beauty Clinic

I have been going there since a child and almost 25 years later i am still a regular customer! Laenka is one of the first Professional Salons in Tooting. Compared to all the new salons in the area this is the one salon that knows what they are doing. I have had every colour, every hairstyle, waxing, threading, eyebrows, facial .. basically every service. I have never had a bad experience and in fact had many perms done which have always been great! Skin care is amazing there and the products they sell have changed my skin! If you have moved newly to the area Laenka is the only place that i would trust in Tooting!

I once visited Laenka to get a cartilage piercing although it was as sterile as a gun piercing can be the lady seemed unsure of what she was doing and even asked her worker to help. I have now retired that piercing and have a brand new one !

I had my hair permed here, went to a professional salon thinking it would be safest - they ruined my hair and wouldn't give me a refund, it was so bad I couldn't go to work, I went to a lot of other salons to get more professional advice and they couldn't beleive how much my hair had been damaged. I spent a year having to have it professionally straightened every 3-4 days (at a massive expense)and after many expensive treatments my hair is still in really bad condition a year on.
They also had no idea about the shampoo's and conditioners they were selling and sold me products that were totally inappropriate for the condition of my hair.
Avoid them at all costs :-(
