1. You should not make your customers wait over 30min for a booked appointment as it is a waste of your customers precious time.
2. The room you have a wax in should not be cold.
3. It is gross to put the wax strips on top of your clients clothes when they are getting a wax.
4. When getting a brazillian/Hollywood wax, the beautician should know which way to pull the hair so that it is not a brutal or painful experience for the client.
5. Patches of hair should not be left after a hollywood wax (particularly if the client has already pointed them out).

I asked for a dip dye and got highlights. I even showed a picture. It did not help that the majority of staff could not speak English including the person doing my hair. On top of that the highlights weren't even that good, they were to thick and streaky. In total it cost me £84, not worth the money. I will also have to spend more money to go and get my hair re-done!

Awful experience worst salon in Stokenewington. Unprofessional staff also they can not speak English so did not understand what I even wanted. Worse of the worse salons. Never going back for sure.

Just a big thank you for the lovely hair done by Cihan :)
The best experience so far with great staff..I felt very welcoming, being offered tea, coffee or a cold drink.
Despite the fact that I just dropped in to book an appointment and the salon was really busy, I had to wait only 10 minutes and they managed to do my hair at the same time with other appointments. Definitely hard working people, with good technique skills :) I would strongly recommend it..By the way, I had a Groupon Vowcher..

I have been there after buying a groupon voucher for legs and bikini wax...
the irst time was fine, the second as well, althought very slow, but the third one was absolutely catastrophic!
the girl did not utter a word of English, the wax was too hot, the process very painfull and really not careful, she did not pull my hair in the direction for growth, and on the top, I realize afterward that she left entire patches of hair on the back of my legs, which mean that I need to go again to finish the job!
until this experience is would have came back there, but I am not recommending waxing ther

I went on Monday with a groupon offer for cut and blow dry and half head of highlights. This was one of my best experiences with a hairdressers. I was completely relaxed the whole time and Ida did my hair beautifully. The atmosphere was relaxing and she took her time explaining and involving me in all decisions. The massage chair at the wash sink was a pleasant surprise. I was offered a groupon follow on discount valid for three months and I'll be back for sure. Highly recommended.

I was in search for a good pedicure place and the service here was very good. I enjoyed the whole process, the lady was perfessional and friendly. Just what I wanted. I would recommend for anyone wanting a pedicure with good service. But of course they have other treatments too.

i do recommend Sinem hairdresser's as one of the best ones i've been. Sinem's hairdressers are highly qualify, to give your hair the treatment it needs and a great prices.

For those of you who are sick of paying over the odds for poncey hairdressers, who do not cut your hair well, I completely recommend Sinem as an alternative. OK, so there are nt the frills of some of the Stokey hairdressers (no Champagne, no elaborate headmassages, and Italian coffees), but I have been to some of those hairdressers, and have been less than impressed with their results. The staff at Sinem were polite, but not fawning. And the haircut I received was the best I have ever had (and I have paid a huge amount on haircuts in the past). Also, the price at £30 for a haircut and blowdry, was extremely reasonable. All in all a very good experience, and highly recommended.
