I have been there recently and the new management are really nice I love the way they have changed things the hair stylists are very welcoming the customer service is great they know what they are doing plus the prices are very good and reasonable i would definitely recommend people to go and get their hair done at prestige hair salon

I went to THEE GENESIS which is a branch of Eftal. Well what can I say, fantastic service. I would say that I am a very fussy customer when it comes to my locks, and I am pleased to say the care and attention given was 10 out of 10. The stylist was very professional and knowledgeable about locks hair care
The shop is brand new and very clean; all staff are friendly and makes you feel welcomed, the prices are reasonable to.
My overall experience was very positive and I have booked a second appointment.

I have been using this salon for a few years now. I really liked the atmosphere in ther ewith the old management and the service was personal friendly and professional. My preferences, dislikes and life were remembered and I felt like a truly valued customer. Since the management has changed the service is not as friendly or professional but the stylists are still very good. The older ones have left and this has left a young workforce who clearly do not know what good customer service means to a business. It is difficult to find a skilled hairdresser for natural hair that in my opinion and the prices here are fairly average. They have inceased slightly in recent years. I continue to use this service even thoughtheir customer service could do with some improvement.

I have been going to Eftal for about 9 years now and they are fantastic locticians and natural hair specialists. They use natural hair products but also cater for those with relaxed or texturized hair doing weaves, single plaits etc. They are sometimes extremely busy so I've had to wait a few times but I don't mind due to the way they treat and handle my hair. They have recently opened a new shop in Essex which just goes to show how great they must be doing. I also take my kids there every couple of weeks to get their hair cornrowed. Now my kids can cry but the girls at Eftal always seem to have patience for them, Brilliant! They have a receptionist who is friendly and to be honest its nice to go to a Afro Carribean salon where you don't have to stop doing your hair half way for the stylist to take payment from another person or answer the phone. I always recommend this salon to my friends and family and would to anyone else.

I rung this shop to make an appointment for canerows, which aren't complicated things to do. I rang up and the receptionist had the worst telephone manner somewhat non existent, anyway I made an appointment to be seen at 2pm, I was told to go away and come back for 2.30pm as the woman double booked me, she said to come back for half 2 so I did, and when I came back the woman who dealt with me at reception was getting HER OWN hair done so me A CUSTOMER had to wait for her to be finished before I could be seen. Not only that when I asked how much it is liekly to cost I was told nearly double the price I had paid before. The only reason I waited is beacuse I was desperate and I needed my hair done at that time.
I consider myself a tolerant person and this shop is just not professional. If you can stay away from this place it is awful and a rip off. They make u wait hours for a lousy service.
