I've not used salons for years due to many bad experiences. However, i was recommended by a complete stranger in a nail salon, I've been going there ever since and am completely satisfied with the advise and service. This is great for me as my hair is natural, so letting someone else treat it has been difficult, but no concerns at all with Soul. Nice friendly intimate salon and great stylists.

I have been going to Soul for a while now and the service is always impeccable. My hair looks fantastic and ppl always ask who did my hair!! The staff are lovely and Maria, my hairdresser is a perfectionist. Which is just what I want! She knows what I want all the time. I always recommend this salon to people.

I have been going to soul for about 4 years now. I always come out feeling fabulous, my hair feels healthier since I started going to soul so much so that I now take my sister and mum there too!

It is very relaxed there some may say too relaxed but for the quality you get its worth it. I am always offered a drink, biscuits or a sweet.

Just to get an appointment there is difficult. The staff just seem to bring extremely rude whether on the phone or regarding a walk in. Their customer skills are lacking.

I have been going to Soul for about 2 years and I love the service that I receive.

The stylists and their staff support are professional, friendly and most importantly great at doing hair.

Any flaws in the salon are minor and would not stop me from going to the salon or recommedning it to a frien.

I like this salon a lot. There is a definite attempt here to be more professional. But this slips sometimes.

Please stop staff from gossiping on the shop floor. Numerous times in my seat waiting to get my hair done and I hear comments from staff about their 'friends' or 'her' or 'him'. Its rude and unprofessional.

Service seems to be a bit hit and miss. Some days I am offered a drink - other days not. Some days there is an apology for the appointment starting late - other days not. But generally my appointments are never started on time and that needs to be improved.

Generally I tend to shy away from salon's, I started using Soul Hair Salon after a personal recommendation by a friend who is a perfectionist! To date I have enjoyed the experience, as I love the look and feel of my hair after every visit. I too will recommended Soul Hair's services to family and friends. The welcoming environment, informative, professional staff and the cost of the service being value for money is definately converting me, I am now becoming a regular client.

I used this salon a few times but will NEVER! return there again. I found the staff MOODY and RUDE. They seem to be LACKING some CLIENT CARE SKILLS, especially with new clients and also need to learn how to approach clients; old and new.

I asked to get a TRIM and I got given a SUPPER CUT! It seems to me that they also need to learn the difference between a trim and a hair cut.

I am UTTERLY DISAPOINTED! I have now LOST TUST in salons as many of them seem to be LACKING sound THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE about hair and ONLY SEEM TO BE CONCERNED ABOUT THEIR FINANCIAL TAKINGS.

I really hope they sort them selves as it is in their best interest that they do so.

I have been using Soul Hair Salon for nearly 2 years now and I will never, ever go anywhere else again! They were recommended to me by a family member. They are absolutely fabulous! You really do feel at ease when you enter. Comfy waiting area, nice music, current magazines, great variety. The staff are extremely courteous, very knowledgable and absolutely great at what they do. You get a truly professional service. I always come out feeling like a film star!! I would recommend them to anyone in a flash!

Soul hair salon is every thing that the name says it is. From the time you walk in you feel relaxes and with peace with in yourself. The staff are very friendly and they work as a team.I came out as a new women. I got SOUL. lol
