I have been a (male) customer for three years for haircuts and for body massages for my back and shoulders. The shop looks small but offers a range of treatments beyond hairdressing and the massage, including treatments for nails and feet and a tanning cubicle. The service is expert, thoroughly professional and invariably friendly, with plenty of coffee. Just to give a bit more context, I live in Hornchurch but am willing to travel to Upton Park to visit the salon. They deserve every success.
