Gave me the worst possible hair cut - ie uneven at the length (I had a bob)! Rude, unprofessional with no pride in their work- they only get 1 out of 10 as you have to provide a rating.....

The worst facial I have ever had. She disappeared for 10 minutes while I had the mask on - after 20 minutes I had to get off the couch and shout hello to get her attention. The woman didn't seem to be trained, or not to a very good standard - I normally walk out of a facial relaxed and glowing - this time my jaw was stiff from her painfully hard movements. Her massage strokes were just so crude and untrained - really really odd. I normally only go to salons who use dermalogica products - as a quality mark - but with this place I paid Dermalogica prices for a bargain basement experience. Really disappointing.

the beauty therapist is brilliant. She is super quick and very thorough - you know what i mean girls..best waxes i have ever had. This is hard to find in leyton, i have tried many.

I would highly recommend them - great to have a good and affordable local place.It's definitely not cheap here, but beauty salons never are. However, this is the perfect place to go if you have skin problems; they really are experts in skincare and will advise you on the best course of treatment. I've also tried out the laser hair removal here. They offer an all-inclusive price for laser where you can return as many times as you like until the treatment is complete. You can even go back for top-ups at a much later date.jag's got 3 branch in london and love to go for my hair or beauty treatment ilford,leyton or gantshill.

Since I moved to Leyton 2 years ago I have not had the luxury of having great hairsalons or beauty salons around to frequent, so the occasional trying out this place that place has been the norm. However, on my last visit to Jags salon, the hairdresser totally chopped my hair off into what seemed like horrible layers that went in all directions and lengths. To make matters worse, my hair looked like a mullet and when I disputed why she had cut layers as i didnt even want them in the first place she said she had to cut them because I had asked for a fringe???????? they clearly DO NOT understand english BUT I doubt they are also any good at any of the services. My next door neighbour had a similar story to share. So finally, the hairdresser began disputing with me and ended up actually shouting :S - I had to throw the money at the desk and my questions were not answered. So much for jags and thats just about how much money they will get out of my pocket in this life.
