I booked an appointment last week for my wife and paid a 50% deposit which was £50. The reason for the deposit was because we were ordering a blue/black color.
My wife was 20 minutes late for the appointment as there were delays in the train. The manager (an Italian individual) was very rude to my wife and said that because she was late he will not have any services done to her nor will he refund the amount of money. The tone, aggression and the reasoning does not make any sense and we are very disappointed.
