Fantastic place! I love my hair. I had a Brazilian blowdry treatment done almosts 3 weeks ago. My hair is so silky, beautiful and straight. It is so easy to manage now. I would highly recommend them and their prices are so reasonable too. A lady next to me had a full head of highlights done and her hair was absolutely gorgeous after she was done. I will be going back very soon. Thank you so much xxx

I went here on recommendation of a friend. I had highlights, cut, blow dry. Really great colour! Super natural looking. The cut works really well for me as a busy working mum who doesn't have much time to fuss with my hair and it still looks really good even when dried naturally or with a minimum root blow-dry. I also got my eyebrows done (threading rather than waxed) which is nice as my skin is very sensitive and tends to burn with wax. Only reason I didn't give 10/10 is due to the simple decor, but that is probably due to the very reasonable prices they charge. I would rather have simple surroundings, nice service and a great cut and colour with reasonable prices, than super chic surroundings where they charge you a fiver for a cup of tea like the salon in Mayfair I used to go to before I had kids. I am so happy to have found my new hairdresser, and I will be going back.

i have been in this salon last week for first time i had my hightlight and cut there andor this hairdresser give me very nice and cut and beautifull colour .i am so happy i find this salon .they have very good price for chiswick.

i been in this salon 2 times the lady own the salon she give me very good cut i used to pay so much money at top salon and now i pay half of thatwith even better cut .give them a try.you will see

For me, this is the best and cheapest hairdressers for miles, and now I go to Kate at Chic Touch exclusively for cut and colour.
The other reviewer who had a bad experience was unlucky, these girls are good and committed, and the main staff have been there for at least 3 years since I started going, and they all speak good English, are friendly and welcoming and good at their job. The great customer service seems to always include a nice cup of tea, and Kate, my stylist, understands my superfine hair really well (mainly it's considerable limitations!) I am always enthralled by watching her work - she's the best colourist for natural looking high/lowlights I have ever come across and the prices are amazing. She weaves the hair with real care and precision and they use L'Oreal products which doesn't wreck my very fine hair. I'm always really pleased with the results. I don't know what else to say! TOP SALON,GREAT PRICES :) They deserve your business, give them a try.

I have been to this Salon 3 times. The first 2 time the service was really good but on the 3rd occasion unfortunately I must say the service was truly awful!

When I made the appointment over the phone a week before hand, I had asked for the last stylist that trimmed my hair but when I arrived, apparently she was still busy servicing another customer and so she asked me if I didn't mind if someone else could trim my hair and so I accepted it.

Little did I know that the other stylist was very inexperienced and didnt speak much English at all! Trying to communicate was a problem and I had to explain how I wanted me hair trimmed as the stylist didnt even bother asking at all. Finally when I got my hair trimmed in the end and before I paid for my cut, I presented a discount card that was given to me when I last had my hair trimmed but when I showed the card, all they said is that its no longer valid and that was that.

The worst thing is that they really need to brush up on their customer service if they want to bring in business and hire stylist that speak English and know what they are doing! Pathetic service!! I will never use them again even though their prices are cheap.

when i am in london i always go to this particular salon as i get a fantastic haircut at a very reasonable price. It also lasts a good three months before i feel its got out of shape. The staff are also very friendly and hard working. Thank you to mitra who also takes her time to make sure my cut is great. she is a perfectionist.

I have had my hair done twice at this salon and both times i receieved great customer service. It is quite cheap compared to other London salons. I would highly recommend it :-)
