I have been using this salon Elizabeth Ross for a few years now and have been happy with everything I have had done there.
Not only is it great value for your money , they will always make sure that they do a good job on anything your having done & the staff are very down to earth & friendly .. always left with a smile on my face .!

Sophie has been my hairdresser for years.
i love the way she styles
i now have colour and highlight and give full marks. I always leave looking and feeling renewed.
All the staff are friendly and helpful .They keep improving the lighting and facilities.

I called up for a price quote and managed to get an appointment for a couple of hours later - early afternoon on a weekday.
I only had to wait a minute on arrival before being directed to a clean, but a little run down, room to undress. They weren't the most welcoming, did the essentials but thats it and weren't rude or anything - just didn't fuss
Gumsey did a thorough, quick and pain free job in about 20 minutes for (a very hairy) upper legs wax for £15. She was pleasant, a bit of conversation but not too much which I like
Will recommend but definitely warn its a no frills kind o

I know them since 2007 , the staff is almost the same from that year and they are always polite ,friendly and professional . The shop is clean and there's a familiar and relaxing athmosphere .

It seems to me that if you are not a regular they seem to give the young apprentice type girls the job! Had my eyelash extentions done they're we're thick black and clumped together I felt and looked like a drag queen then I went home pulled a few out and trimmed them so they were less long the the next day one fell off completely?? Bad experience never been back I'd recommend that if u must go there make sure a proffecional does your required job.

I went here for a wax, eyebrow threading and mani pedi. Wax was good, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Eyebrows could have been done a little better, if my eyebrows were not shaped well already I don't think she would have done a good job.
The mani pedi I would not have again because she cut my cuticles so low on all my fingers and toes that they stung for days afterwards which turned to scabs and looked horrible.

I have been there twice and Darek is very good for short hairstyles. Everyone is very kind there and I would really recommend it to anyone. :-)

Super fast, and pain free. They do a great job, really thorough. Dee did my brazilian and it was really good and she finds out exactly what you want.
I even took my wax virgin friend to get his hairy back sorted and he had a good experience and is currently booking his next appointment!

I went there for a full head of highlights. They fitted me in on the same day, very friendly, I went in a couple of hours before closing time so eventually they were packing up around me but I didn't care aslong as my hair was being dealt with. Very cheap and I would go there again!

Elizabeth ross was recommended to me by a friend for waxing and beauty treatments not only are they great value for money but they are all incredibly friendly and amazing at what they do.
They are absolute geniuses when it comes to waxing they put you at ease and do a superb job quickly and as pain free as possible.
I have recommended Elizabeth Ross to many of my friends and i have never heard any complaints from them. Some even travel across London.
I haven't found a place that even compares in their friendly effiecient manner let alone in price.

I visited elizabeth ross salon beacuse it looked like a decent profestional place to go to in woodgreen/turnpike lane compared to the other type of salons in that area, i had a manicure and pedicure, the whole time through my pedicure i was uncomfatable and tense and to make matters worse the beautician butchered my toes around the cuticle with the cuticle trimmer she then decided to keep puttin nail vanish remover in the gaping wounds it was awful ive had pedicures before at other places and understand that u can get cut slightly but what this girl did were big gaping holes, the manicure was just as bad the man that i had didnt understand a word i was sayin and also cut up around my fingers i left the salon with butchered toes and long freak looking acrilic nails.

When I called the salon to ask for them to send me a pricelist, they said they "don't really do that" and advised me to go into the salon on one of their late days. I think this is actually quite unhelpful. I work full time in central London, and I'm hardly likely to leave work early to pick up a pricelist.
Although the girl on the phone was quite sweet, I think if you don't have a website then you have to accept that you will lose some custom through people not being able to view the available treatments before booking an appointment. Having someone pop a pricelist in the post (or even send it by email) is not a big ask. Won't be visiting you guys, sorry.

Thanks to other review I went there for bikini waxing after nasty experience in another salon last month. In El.Ross they now what they doing! It was quick (20 mins), at good rate and just painless. I will always be going there from now on. Highly recommend!

Their staff are really professional, polite and most of all - they know what they are doing, plus with waxing, they are REALLY fast, almost pain free. Their tanning booths are clean, safe and private.
Talking to them helped my skin and the issues I was having. I still go there and will continue to do so.
