I used this company because my mother had a stroke and my husband and I needed cover at short notice. We were apprehensive at first, however, once we met the manager Ola who was extremely friendly, kind hearted and patient woman. We were given a prompt and comprehensive assessment of my mothers needs. the agency have provided us with both carers and home help. The staff are well dressed and polite, they have only ever been late once and I received a call well in advance, so I could let my mother know. I highly recommend them.
