Please employ staff that really wants to be there and be helpful. I was assisted by a person who clearly wasn't trained enough to answer my questions and didn't know who to escalate to so i was given incorrect informations (As subsequently verified with ESA advisors) and no effort was made to provide alternative contacts/information. It was already difficult for me being there, I felt I had no support and was left lost.

Yes Staff members can sometimes be rude but if you are nice back then they tend to change their attitude towards you.
It cannot be easy for job center staff dealing with people who are aggressive on a daily basis, but I do think that they should have additional training if they are finding it difficult to react in a calm manner.
On the whole my experience has been positive

I have never encountered such rudeness as I was met with today at the hands of an individual at this centre. I would give the service I received a zero if I could.

Virtually impossible to get through to on the phone. Dialing the main switchboard number the phone gets cut off most attempts, when you do get to speak to an operator the number they put you through to rings 3 times then comes up with the message 'The number you have dialed has not been recognized.'
