Royal Mail

Waiting over a week for delivery In Bronson Road. I know there is post coming including some medication which is tracked and should have been delivered 25-11-22. I understand our postman is on sick leave. Does that mean we get no service until he is able to return to work - he is a good postman.

Trying to phone Royal Mail is useless.

I was waiting for an urgent Tracked parcel from BT today 22 November. I had left instructions for the driver to leave the parcel at the estate which is open 9am to 5pm. He came at 12.50, took no notice of the instructions and left with my parcel without leaving a red card. It is absolutely unacceptable and Royal Mail service is getting worse all the time.
When I try to rebook a delivery the app says I have already left instructions. Terrible service

We have had no post for a week now. I'm waiting URGENTLY for something, it's absolutely disgraceful to leave an area for over a week. I'm sick of phoning and complaining because nobody cares.im not at all happy

Might the people in this area - SW192RZ - be advised when the next mail delivery will occur? Some magazines which normally arrive on a Friday by second-class mail have not arrived by today, and clearly from the state of the mailroom in this block of flats there have been no deliveries of second-class mail since last Thursday. This is very bad service.
