One postman won’t deliver my parcel is because I have dogs I’ve took every measure of safety and he still won’t deliver the stands outside, writes out the slip that I’m not here I pay postage I’ll have to go and collect myself. I’ve met with the manager and he said that he was going to get someone else to deliver my parcels and yeah it’s the same man who still comes to my address. I think this needs to be addressed and get sorted

The trouble with this office is the different opening times given, very misleading/incorrect The official site states you're open today till 4pm. This site states 13.15pm. Not great when you've travelled in from afar. Sort it!!!
