Royal Mail Delivery Office at Daws Lane
I received a sms message indicating “Your parcel is due today between 09:33am-12:33pm”. I waited at home all day but now, at 21:13 still no parcel. Why they send messages if after it they do not deliver? Also tomorrow (Sunday) and Monday the delivery office is closed. Most probably I will have to wait until Tuesday. Poor customer service.
They have changed their opening hours and a note on the door says the new times started last June. It is now nearly 4 months after that date and they still have the wrong opening times on all the online sites I have looked at - customer services an alien concept here it would seem.
Also whilst not a fault of this branch, their website is ridiculous, I have tried to pay custom fees on their website and the transaction does not go through - this has happened on multiple occasions previously. So you hunt around for a contact phone number on order to pay on the phone - that takes ages - and of course no one answers the phone!
Royal Mail a public company from hell!
I was left a "Something for you" card today. The reason was"it is too large for your letter box". We were at home all morning, the porch was unlocked and the door bell was working, Also there is no way to complain to a person on your site, which is well programmed to go round in circles.There is no access to negative reviews. Welcome all other PRIVATE service providers.
