Eltham & Lee Delivery Office

If I could give 0 stars I would. My parcels were incorrectly showing as delivered on a day where I was home all day and nothing was received. I went to the delivery office to try and get my parcels located and the incompetent member of staff who would not give me her name was extremely unhelpful to say the least (working at 8-10am on 14/12/23). No apology was given for the lost mail, and the manager refused to speak to me even though I could hear them burping in the back room. The woman working then suggested to me ‘take a seat, you'll be here all day’. This delivery office is a joke, there is no respect for customers and I strongly suggest Royal Mail get rid of the incompetent staff in space of people who actually have basic customer service skills.

Still waiting for deliveries. We are clearly not a priority area. Other communities get their post regularly, we have had two deliveries in a month! If they cannot get our letters and parcels to us then give us the opportunity to be able to collect them from the sorting office ourselves.

I am waiting on several parcels to be delivered. Have been waiting for weeks now. No contact from anyone, no notice given on delivery expectations, nothing.

Last week had a neighbour knock on my door and hand me an important letter from the hospital that was delivered to the wrong address.

Is this whats happened to my parcels too I wonder?

Very poor service. Seems we get a postie once or twice a week if we are lucky!!

Deliveries of our mail are only now done every other day because of staff shortages at Lee DO nobody’s been informed of this I had to ask a postie why our block of sheltered flats seemed to not getting their post on time
