Morden Delivery Office

Very bad service in Hillcross Avenue. A woman postwoman delivering post to all wrong houses. Incompetent and always on the phone !!

Can the Royal Mail supervisor check this postwoman and give training as appropriate please. Bank and important mail are going missing !!!!!

What a rubbish service we are getting.
Our usual Postman had to change his round due to an altercation with a resident.
We do have a lady most of the time who is really very good and kind and friendly.
However when she is not here we have a couple of not very happy replacements.
One a short miserable guy who does not converse,
But the one that's causing all the problems just will not ring or knock, and leaves parcels and just walks off?
Parcels are being stolen by would be opportunists and its not fair.
Where I live most of us have CCTV and today the stand in arrived with 3 packages.
One went in the letterbox, the 2nd was stuck in the letterbox.
I don't have an issue with this as it was the best he could have done.
It's the 3rd I want to know about.
It was to big to put through so he took it away but clearly not having any forms on him has left me in limbo!
Where is my parcel?
I can't ring anyone as it now goes to a central control which is useless.
I need to speak to the Engine driver not the oily rag!
No wonder everyone prefers couriers!
Wake up Post Office your doing yourselves out of a job

the service from this sorting office is now non existent after the addition of the willows in central rd 200 odd houses we can see the postman walk straight past our block and get no mail for up to a week as i have filmed this happening

Normally we receive a v.good service.However this last week we have had no mail at all not even junk.I have not recived my bank statement tho bank sent it end of May,a driving licence not yet received.Wonder if there is a delivery problem in the Morden St.Helier Faversham Rd area?
