Good afternoon I’ve tried contacting your office on WYNN road by phone for the past few days and the phone number doesn’t connect. We have been waiting on important letters and documents that were posted in uk on 23/12/2023 and posted again on 10/01/2024 that have not arrived also the hospital sent me a letter about my operation that was to take place on 17/01/2024, which I’ve now missed as the letter didn’t arrive, now I’m on a waiting list again. I see a post person MAYBE once a week if I’m lucky. Since our post persons have all been moved around in November/December 2022 our post delivery is the worse it’s ever been. My brother works for the postal service 44 years and I explained to him that we are getting NO POST most weeks and missing hospital appointments and he is now having his team looking into this as it’s a disgrace. You are paid to do a job. This isn’t the post person fault it starts with the MANAGER. Get this sorted fast before HEAD OFFICE make there visit.

So arranged a redelivery for Saturday today, buzzed the postman in to the porch. By time I got down stairs which is 6flights my parcel wasn’t there neither was the postman. I am disabled and admittedly it takes a while but he could have left it or said on the intercom if it required a signature then I would have stated it will take a while to get to you. No card was left and now because I work I won’t be able to go to the sorting office till Wednesday

Extremely annoyed

Problem - Royal Mail only delivers in my area during the day after 9am and before 6pm. Coincidentally the same hours I (and all my housemates) are out of the house and at our jobs. Therefore anything which isn't a letter is not delivered and instead is left at a depot. Fair enough.

Royal Mail's Solution - a depot which is only open 9-4:30, the same times when I'm at work! Granted, it is open on Wednesday's until 8pm but I can't be the only person with a recurring commitment on Wednesdays which means this is useless to me. PLEASE open later on weekdays, for us working people

Sent something to a business in Brixton for a 9am delivery. PO claims to have attempted delivery but no attempt made and no card left. Say card is needed to collect... but no card as I said. Now only option is redelivery next week which is too late.

'Helpline' pointless and just read from a script to me. Rubbish service and the sooner Royal Mail go out of business the better as they are awful.

Supposedly tried to deliver a parcel today - didn't even bother trying to ring the bell, OR leave a card. Now my only option is redelivery in 48 hours, as they won't hand over my goods without the delivery card that they didn't bother to leave.
Made a complaint to customer services, who couldn't get in touch with the delivery office either, and raised a complaint that he confirmed I'll never hear back about.

When there is a big package delivery, please actually DELIVER it instead of posting in a delivery card, when you are too lazy to carry it. This has happened many times before.

Secondly, correct the number on you delivery card and on the main website, and pick up the phone at you sorting office.
