Sign Stop

Brilliant sign makers!!!

We used Sign Stop before 3 of our other retail outlets and they have always been impressive, but as we were opening a new outlet, I thought it would be a good idea to re-brand ourselves. So they helped us play around with some different design concepts for the sign, and then they showed me something that looked very impressive on paper, so I decided to proceed with it, having put trust in them before I had a feeling it would come out good. They gave me date for installation and it's then that I knew the signs were taken care of.

On the day of installation, they came down on time and carried out the fitting very professionally, and were a friendly bunch of lads. Once the sign was fitted I was to be put simply gob smacked! I couldn’t believe how good the sign was, in fact one of the best signs I have seen in my life! So good in fact that everyone that walked past was looking at it and paying compliments. I knew it looked good on paper and the owner told me that it would come out good, but I couldn’t believe how good it looked in real life. So good in fact that I decided to change all my other 3 shops to this same concept, and they all came out looking brilliant.

Now our company looks very professional and recognisable with the new signs, with greats thanks to all the guys at Sign Stop for doing such a great job in re-branding my signs and ultimately the ‘look’ of my outlets. I would highly recommend, as if you use this company just once, then you will always use them for any future projects.

This is the worst company i have ever used or seen.

Firstly we paid £200 for some signs to be put on our van.

We arranged for it to be done on a friday at 10am. I confirmed it on a monday so i decided to call on the thursday to get a confirmation. I spoke to a female and said someone will get back to me. I phoned on friday morning at half 9 and the guy started to apologise because they forget and had no workers in!!!!

To make it worse, we rearranged it for the next froday at 10am. I called again on thursday and again the same women responded. I gave the van to them at half 9 in the morning on the friday. The man promised us it will take 2 hours to be completed. We kept on calling and he kept saying, 'it will be done in 15minutes'. In the end we recieved our van back at half 4!!! It took them 7 hours for them to put a few signs on, which is 5 hours more then they promised.

Our organistation was very angry, and as a charity we needed the van to do collections and deliveries. Because of their laziness and time wasting, we wasted mooney which could have went to people who are in real need of it!!!

I told them i will never use you company again!!!! And i advise you not too!!!!
