Really bad customer service! They made me pay for an appointment over the phone and I had to cancel it ONLY 1 HOUR LATER because of my work. They refused to refund me. They are stealing! I was told I would get a refund by their receptionist at the end of the month but then just didn't refund me without an explanation. I had to then chased to be told they will not refund me because 1 year ago I couldn't attend an appointment. Please don't go there, they will take your money and keep it if you can't attend.
