Known as THE dentist for the local community, these days, sadly this dentist is driven more by money than by the health of it's patient's teeth. Luckily the depression of my last visit was alieviated by a second opinion who confirmed that none of the suggested work was necessary. If you do visit, refuse to pay the newly required deposit and leave if you are kept waiting more than an hour. In the likely prospect that they will be running late, turn off the conflicting TVs in the downstairs waiting area that nobody watches, which will get on your nerves and add to your stress.
Going to the dentist is a frightening prospect for most people, something this practice is yet to grasp. Ladbroke Grove dental surgery has a lot to learn - not only that technology does not equal service but also that good service goes a long way in reassuring, and therefore comforting patients. And that not everything is about money.
This comment has an official response:Dear Patient,
I was sorry to learn that you were not happy with our service.
If you would like to discuss the matter further, please contact the practice and I would be more than willing to help rectify any issues you may have.
