Awful service. Decent but pricy manicure and pedicure. There is nothing 'pampering' about this salon. Train your staff to be polite and helpful! I was rudely told to move my things while my feet were in the basin soaking. Two members of staff stood by watching as I struggled, then giggled when the contents of my bag fell on the floor. They continued to laugh and talk about me, quite openly as I sat. There are enough nail salons out there that are cheaper with helpful and attentive staff. I won't be going back and will warn friends.

Just had a wax and a pedi (last week). Wonderful. Pain free (largely) and superspeedy. Not a chip in sight on my pedi

I used to be a `regular' at the Nail Suite but eventually stopped going due to the poor service. The owner is pleasant enough, but his staff hardly make a fuss of you. The final straw for me came when I entered the salon, and 4 therapists were standing `gossiping' and didn't have the decency to even acknowledge my presence. Very unprofessional. This was 2 years ago, however I'm thinking of going back as they do the best & most professional treatment for `acrylic' nail extensions I have tried in the area. Fingers crossed, service will have improved!!

Hi, I am sorry to hear you had bad experience in the past. From March 2011 I am the new salon manager and I am constantly working on improving the services we offer. We recently refurbished the premises, stocked up with over 160 nail polish colors and I am sure if you come now you will not be disappointed.
