Discrimination! If you are disabled please do not bother with this place. They refused to do my mum’s manicure or pedicure because she is disabled.
One of the ladies at the shop actually said “No we can’t do you because you’re sick”. This encounter was extremely distressing and embarrassing for my mum as it already takes a lot for her to step outside confidently with her oxygen.
For the owners of the shop I think it is important that you research medicinal oxygen because once you do, you will realise that there is nothing wrong with having to use oxygen whilst getting your nails done. Denying someone who has to carry oxygen the right to get their nails done in your shop, is like denying someone who uses a wheelchair from accessing your services.
If you are going to be a good company it would be good for you to think about discrimination and the different forms it can take. It would also be nice if your staff were much more respectful rather than being so rude and
