They could improve by using proper implements to remove old nail polish rather than someone scratching across the nail with their own nails and then charging you 20 quid for the displeasure. That said the nail varnish is lasting ok though it doesn't look professionally done. I'm amazed Tower Hamlets allow them to stay open / that they get any customers when there so many better nail bars around.

This is the best place to get your nails done - I have been to many places in East London, this is by far the best.

Everytime, the staff are very friendly and the service is faultless - the prices are very reasonable - which means I can keep my nails looking great all the time.

I have taken several friends for mani-pedi's here and they now go regularly themselves.

As much as I would like to keep this place to myself, they deserve the success.

I visited this shop yesterday the staff are very friendly and the shop is up to date and very modern... The price for Infills is reasonable plus I had 2 broken nails and did not get charged extra for this it was one price for everything so was very impressed... There was also so many colours to choose from I will tell everyone about this nail shop... And I will be a regular customer at New York nails x

A lovely, clean and friendly new nail salon on Hackney Rd. So glad I found it. A mani-pedi for £28 is very hard to beat in London.

Staff are very friendly and I would highly recommend New York Nails to my friends. Do call in advance but you will get an appointment very easily.
