I have visited Keo Spa on Sloane Ave a number of times - the service has always been good. Lovely staff, hygienic, lasting mani/pedis and they always squeeze me in, even when they’re busy and I don’t have an appointment.
However, on my last visit, I was served by a lady (for the 1st time) whose own nails were unmanicured and dirty, with a rather large amount of black dirt under most of her nails. I actually felt physically sick as they looked so unclean. Keo, your staff is normally impeccable. Please ensure the cleanliness of ALL staff for the sake of your customers. (I really hope I don’t get that lady again.)

Wonderful experience. Professional, clean, and well-ventilated. I especially enjoyed that the ladies let me sit in the massage chair for an extra few minutes after my mani and pedi was done. I’ll be back!

Very bad service and they overbook clients so you end up waiting for a long time even with an appointment. Jobs are rushed and nail colours chip after two days... not recommended whatsoever
