This review is for the eyebrow and wax service, which also takes place inside the nail studio!
I do NOT recommend their eyebrow and waxing services. The lady was so rude and didn’t even want to listen to what I wanted.
She practically forced my mum to get her eyebrows threaded, but my mum wanted threading and eventually the lady doing the eyebrows got annoyed nd was giving her attitude, just because my mum didn’t want to wax her eyebrows like she recommended.
She had a very uncomfortable attitude, making clients feel like they need to follow her recommendation and if u don’t, then she was making unnecessary comments. I initially went to get my brows and upper lip threaded but she was so persistent and convinced me to get waxing done. So I did, in which case, my upper lip ended up being a disaster. She burnt my upper lip and then tried to act like nothing happened and tried to say it’s “my skin being sensitive”. And when I told her there’s gonna be a mark now, she lied nd said that it’s in my head. However, I did get burnt! And my upper lip area now has a very dark burnt mark!

Absolutely discusting service. And I only had manicure done-no paint. All my nails left rough on the edges, skins still left in places. Asked for short-she first rounded them up and then cut them with clippers!What was the point? Not happy and will defo never go back. Lady was more interested in her tea than doing the job properly.

AMAZING! Love them, so professional and painted on white tips rather than airbrush! 100% recommend

I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ON MY NAILS. THE LADY LEFT THEM RUFF AROUND THE EDGES AND THE DESIGN ON MY NAILS LOOKED LIKE MY CHILD DID IT. I TOLD HER I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE FINNISH, AND SHE BECAME VERY DEFENSIVE. THE NEXT DAY THE POLLISH IS CHIPPING AWAY ITS SUPPOSED TO LAST TWO WEEKS. CRAP

One of the best nail bars by far in croydon, I would highly recommend it...
