Exquisite

I love this place, they are not too chatty,and very professional.
I discovered this place while taking some children I was looking after to school. I got my nails done after my granddaughter had practiced on me and made a mess of it.
I also had a spray tan, which was great.
looking forward to more tans, nails and pedicures.ect.
quite happy to travel from Beckton.

My nails were done well but whilst doing my nails, the lady told me it was £30 instead of the usual £32.50(not sure why). After I paid, the owner said I owed £2.50. I explained the lady told me it was £30 and the owner then said 'i know how much it costs!' The lady then denied she told me it was £30. I will not return there again, not so much for the employee but for the owner, her response to me was rude and every time I go there she is moaning about something in front of all the customers which is unprofessional. She should have apologisd for the misunderstanding even if she didnt believe
