Golden Nails

This nail parlour has a beauty section. Therapist is Ria, had a Indian head massage which was firm and eased my tension headache, Ria was also accomodating in my last minute request for steam. So all in all a pleasant experience.

A great little nail salon, have been there lots of times and find it good value for money, and my shellac nails always last as long as I want them to and look great. The ladies that work there are always really lovely and friendly too!

Had my toe nails did on Thursday the guy who did it rushed the job. By Sunday all my nails had chipped . Went back to the shop not for a refund but just for them to repaint my nails. I didn’t want the same colour as it was likely to chip again as it was a cheap brand. I asked for a different colour and the guy had the cheek to tell me he would charge me £5.00 to change colour. The staff are so rude at this shop they have no customer service skills. It was my first and last time at this shop. I would never use this shop again. The worst staff and nail shop I’ve ever been to. Poor ??

Really rundown, hostile rude staff, went for gel nail removal and repaint and absolutely destroyed my natural good condition long nails by excessive electric filing to remove the gel, my nails now feel weak and 4 have broken within a week. Wouldn't go back if you paid me. Staff practically shout at you, aggressive voices, and don't attempt to interact or advise in anyway.

Not the best but not the worst (Just about). The shop definitely needs updating. The shop had a sign on the window that stated "special offer" Shellac £15, only to be charged £30 at the end ( I didn't even pay that for a full set). I had a refill painted with shellac paint, it was explained in a hostile way that it was it was £15 for the paint & £15 for refill. All I said was the sign could of been more clear, considering they have no prices up for shellac on their list. Charge what you want, just be clear about it. That's all. #andbreath.lol
