For 3 years now I have my nails done there and I’m really picky towards it. My long red nails are treated with perfection and appointments always on time. Fair price and an amazing pedicure as well !
Hygiene is amazing and that’s nowadays is important!!

Terrible place! I asked for shellac nails and a few nails came off within a week and when I went to speak to the manager, she blamed me for this. She was extremely rude. Couldn't even speak English properly. Waste of money. Do not go to this ridiculous place!!!

A pedicure done here very badly sent me to the doctors. Watch out is all I can say, 3 weeks in pain so far as the woman who did my pedi cut THE SIDE of my toenails if you can imagine that, all the way down to the quick causing havoc. Never going back. Worst ever pedi. Now my toes hurt as the nail grows back into the skin.

I had my nail done at London nails the day before I went on holiday. The Lady in charge done my nails in Schallac , normally when I get my nails done it takes 40 minutes to 1 hour she took 30 minutes. I felt like I was being rushed also the machine she was using kept cutting out like it had a electrical fault. When I got home I noticed my nails looked very lumpy and started to come away in the corners. I called the shop to let them know what happened I was told to come back in the next day which I did. The lady that done my nails said to me she's never had a customer complain, which I know isn't true, she started to raise her voice at me,She didn't care that I had my 4 year old & 2 year old in the buggy. She said to me that I must've done something to them and told me to leave her shop. I can't believe they get away with treating customers like this.

I decided to get my nails done at London nails as it is quite local and was the easiest option. There was very few staff and was quite busy at the time. The staff took ocassionak breaks on their phone and got distracted very easily talking to other staff. I paid £20 for acrylics. After 3 days the nails began to fal off by 6 days of having them on 3 nails had fallen off and most of the others were chipped. I went back to the salon and told the staff about what had happened and they refused to give me any type of compensation. I ended up having to take off my nails alone, which was very painful which was a shock as I had expected them to fall of just as easily.I would not recommend this place at alll, unless you want to lose money and in return having a painfu, pointless experience.

Poor quality service. Dreadful manicure - poorly applied, rushed and not properly done - poor quality product too, gloopy gel varnish and tacky colours. Will not return again. Chipped within hours and gel. Whole thing - soak off, 'manicure' and repainting only took around 30 mins?

I came here to get my acrylics removed as it is a local shop. There where only three staff
And lots of customers so it was very onorganized, and i had to wait, a long period of time for someone to attend to me. Also they didn't charge me the right price. They charged me extra! Which is very unprofessional, as I had been there before and a lovely staff member had charged me the right price

I went to this salon yesterday to get a manicure for my holiday.
I have to say the service was terrible, they gave me a slap dash manicure, badly done not all the nail was evenly coated and the lack lustre attitude of the manicurist was the worst I've ever encountered.

Always thorough and efficient. Run by a group of very sweet Vietnamese ladies, which I love as they are polite but you don't have to have a long chat whilst you're getting nails done.
Been getting gel nails there for 2 years and never has a problem :-)

Daylight Robbery!!! I got my nails done and went on holiday, within three days the shillac started falling off. When I arrived back in the UK, I approached the owner with pictures and explained to her what happened, she refused to take any responsibility - no compensation offered! It is a disgraceful way to run a business.

I also found out that the price for shillac was £20 but yet I was charged £25: inconsistency in everything they do, stay clear!! Not worth wasting your money!!
Have your say
