Watch out there are thieves operating in this mall

Please avoid Unit 6! We bought a lengha from this store and initially we thought they were friendly and gave us great discount. We used a tailor they recommended. When we returned to pick up the lengha, it turns out the shop owners of Unit 6 gave the lengha away to another customer! They didn't admit fault and wasn't willing to provide a refund. They were only were willing to exchange it but they had no lenghas of the same price and the only option they were willing to give us was to pay an extra £125 for a new lengha and wouldn't even negotiate to reduce the price by £25 to pay £100 instead. Also the shop owner shouted at me so much when we were trying to explain our annoyance and it scared me. I felt like I had to apologise even though their customer service was awful! Please everyone be careful

Avoid this place dishonest rude staff nothing is clearly price.
