Perfect Smile

I had a bridge done it looks poor and you can visibly see it has 3mm gap from gum margin my dentist clearly has no pride they are not expert's in dental health care it should of been corrected but was beyond there scope if you need implants crown bridges I would advise not to have it done by there dentist. I feel very disappointed with treatment and spending money at this practice.

I had treatment it was done very poor low level of quality and care and they want to crown everything as their dentist was unable to repair a chipped tooth nor was the dentist able to clean or scale my teeth under a nhs band instead insisted on a hygienist doing the clean at more expenses I had a deep clean a year ago by the hygienist I feel they are always out to make as much money on every visit. I do not recommend perfect smile team

I totally agree with both. Vishel Patel is a great dentist, we've known him and his family for many years since he was a little child growing up local in Muswell Hill with his brothers and sisters. Two of my daughters went to Fortismere school with him too. As for the receptionist definately an area that needed to be addressed, very rude! I think they have changed receptionist since our last visit, or maybe we were just lucky to miss her. A new young lady probably in her early 20's was wonderful and very polite when i booked my families appointments.

I agree. Dr Patel was great but that receptionist needs a serious attitude adjustment. She ruined the whole experience and I won't be going back because of her negative vibe. The clinic needs to choose a receptionist who can treat their customers with respect if they want repeat business.

Practice looks nice and clean. Professional atmosphere, although lady on the phone was a little bit difficult when trying to book. i went for an emergency appointment and Dr.Vishel Patel was very friendly and understanding and completely eased my nerves. He explained everything and treatment was ace! Definately would recommend.
